We respect your privacy! We will not share, sell, or exploit any information provided to us. All of the information provided to us is for the express purpose of processing your order. By supplying such information, we will retain only the information needed to complete your order and keep a log for our business transactions. Any information provided to us will not be shared with or sold to any other company or 3rd Party.

For all orders placed through our website, we collect your billing and shipping address, as well as your credit card information. Your credit card information is not saved in any form after your order has been processed. When placing an order through Paypal, Paypal will collect your billing and shipping information, but they do not share your billing information with us. This policy applies to email addresses we collect for our newsletter mailing list. We will not share, sell, or otherwise distribute your email address to any other company or 3rd Party. When you sign up for our mailing list your email will be used for the express purpose of sending you our periodic newsletter, and will not be used to contact you for any other reason.

Returns/Exchanges

If you're not fully satisfied with your print, you may return it within 14 days after the date of delivery. We will refund the amount of the returned print, minus the original shipping fee. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipment, and a refund will only be given when we receive the returned print in undamaged condition.

If you receive an item that is damaged on arrival or is materially different than the item you ordered, we will replace the item at no extra charge to you as long as you contact us within 14 days after receiving your order. We do our best to pack your order as safely as possible, but damage during shipment occasionally occurs. For damaged items, please retain all of the original packaging material as well as the damaged print, and contact us immediately. We may ask you to provide proof of damage, either by sending us digital photos showing the damage, or by saving the packaging materials and print for inspection by the shipping carrier.

Colorado Sales Tax

We charge Colorado state sales tax on all orders with a shipping address in Colorado. The sales tax for the state of Colorado is 2.9%.
