About Our Photos

Our collection of vintage photographs focuses on cities, towns and landscapes, mainly from the period of 1860-1930. Old photos are a fascinating window onto history showing those places most important and interesting to us: our towns, our ancestry, and our common heritage.

Photo Paper

We print all photos on fiber-based, 100% cotton photographic paper with a semi-gloss finish, reminiscent of photo papers in use at the turn of the twentieth century. Our photographic prints have excellent archival properties, and when stored or framed properly will last far longer than traditional photographs before any fading or discoloration occurs.

Borders

For photos up to 16"x20" in size we add an additional 1/2" border to each side. For photos larger than 16"x20" we add an additional 1" border to each side.
