If you're not fully satisfied with your print, you may return it within 14 days after the date of delivery. We will refund the amount of the returned print, excluding the original shipping fee. Please contact us to set up your return before you ship the print back to us. You will be responsible for paying for the return shipment. We'll only be able to refund your order when we receive the returned print in undamaged condition, so we recommend checking with your shipper to see if your return shipment comes with insurance. Unfortunately, if the print in your return shipment is damaged during shipment we won't be able to give a refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Custom Prints
We cannot accept returns for prints with special customizations applied, such as custom borders, custom sizes, or any other special customization you may have requested. If your custom print is damaged during shipment we will replace it at no extra charge to you. See below for more info on damaged shipments.

Damaged Shipments
If you receive an item that is damaged on arrival or is materially different than the item you ordered, we will replace the item at no extra charge to you as long as you contact us within 14 days after receiving your order. We do our best to pack your order as safely as possible, but damage during shipment occasionally occurs. For damaged items, please retain all of the original packaging material as well as the damaged print, and contact us immediately. The shipper may ask for proof of damage, so we may request that you send us digital photos showing the damage or that you save the packaging materials and print for inspection by the shipping carrier.
