Blue State Highway Maps
These map prints are a kind of hybrid of old and new, vintage and modern. The details are based on a 1930s highway maps, but the presentation is much more modern (almost minimalist) with bold use of only two colors – beige and dark blue – to make the state pop out of its frame. At the same time, these two colors evoke a more traditional, almost rustic style that works well in most styles of home decor.
